This is a quess.  There are a couple of special tools used to adjust the float
and the solenoid in the computer controlled Rochester Carb.  They are
available form Snap-on and a couple of other companies.  I have the part
numbers written down in  a notebook.  Quess?  You're right.  The notebook is
at home.
