Bosch L-jet injector bleeddown

Got to thinking, on my 81 Fiat, the pressure bleeds down real quick, like a
minute or so.  On early 80's Bosch L-jet systems, i.e. Fiat, did they have a 
series of valves to prevent bleed down?

Anybody have a figure for what the rate should be?
