I put a set on my Ramcharger back in '81.  By '87 they had rusted out.
They were constructed of heavier metal than the other brands and came with
a 20-year warranty.  I was tired of changing the rusted-out mufflers every
18 months, so I reinstalled the factory exhaust system.  I didn't notice
any difference when the headers other than the increased noise.  Never
again.  I'd rather keep the cast iron manifolds and maybe go with a dual
exhaust system.
