I too have tried on several occasions to call/contact him; in my case I
kept running into someone who evidently works there and whose role is to
apparently run interference for him.  The response to my query is always
"He doesn't handle/do those kinds of jobs......"

Based on your experience, as well as mine, it could be that "The Turbo
Shop" has all the work it can handle regarding a currently hot
product/service and has developed a bit of arrogance because of it......
