Howell EFI

Well I got my chip and harness from Howell to use the 730 ECM with my
holley 4-bbl IAC TBI unit.  It runs really good in most cases.  I need
to have the top-end leaned out a bit.  Well this ECM fires 2 injectors
at a time (total of 4 injectors).  It uses a knock sensor and the ESC
is on the prom carrier.  The harness is beautiful and everything seems
to run great (it needs a little tweaking).
