730 PEAK AND HOLD

Hi Andy, Bruce and all

Investigating the peak and hold function of the 730 and 749.
Well if it works for Andy so must be peak and hold.

Interesting thing in these ecms the source of the driver(s)igfet(s)
comes out at pin c13 for 730 and c13,d7 for the 749
If you gnd these pins you have a saturated driver ecm

Now if you put a .3 ohm resistor from the pin(s) to gnd
I think you will have a peak and hold driver.
Seem to remember some sort of constant current source
using a fet this way in college.

Anyone can add to this???

and there is a .3 ohm resistor on board but it is not connected.
However there is a unconnected Via that can do the job
