E.T. w/ Diacom

G'day,

Would it be possible to calculate the elapse time (using Diacom) of a
recorded run based on the number of frames?  Say, beginning when the TPS
shows a change and ending when a certain rpm or mph is attained. Would
the number of frames be dependent on the particular ECM? 

P.S. I'm linking in "high speed" mode (165 ECM) with the frame option set
to 1.
