The term miss covers alot of ground.  ie ignition miss, lean miss,
fouled plug, bad plug wire, and the list goes on.
  So a "miss" can result in a high, or low O2 voltage.  Remember 
O2 is only part of the picture.  HC, and CO can change alot with
the same O2 voltage.
