Open Loop Mode (165 ECM)

Howday

Usually at idle the O2 sensor cools down, and the transitions
become small enough for the ECM to disregard it 
and go into open loop.

Closed loop temp is relatively low, usually bout 125 d
and learn a little bit higher 160 D or so.
