couple of questions

The 32 to 208 are load,  They are measured in Grams/Sec
32 is really light load and 208 is pretty high load.  My 5.7 87 Vette hits
255 grams (Indicated) at between 4600-4700 rpm's.  Cruising down the highway
it reads 32-34 grams/sec at 70 mph.
