The Johnson box has been out of production over 10 yrs.
Nuetronics sold out last year.
If you see any Euro spec cars look in glove box for small plastic 
box.

No, just a intercept box, which accepts O2 signal and modifies
airflow voltage to obtain lambda (14.7 A/F)
The Johnson Nuetronics boxes were analog and modified
water temp. or air temp. voltages.

A Egor, UEGO could help for cold CO test, cold start  and lean burn
strategies.  If response time is less than HO2S it  would also be 
better for closed loop.
