Thus if you have no CAD program you can sketch it yourself.
I made some  OBD2 ISO 9141-2 boards.
They made the tansparency in about 2 weeks, boards
done in about 2 days.  cutting  a little off +- 1/16

Also in about last years Popular Electronics or Electronics Now
there was a article on making flex foil boards and glue them on
a perf board to avoid drilling if needed.  You can make them double 
sided. Just run foil thru laser and etch.
Have not yet tried.
