Hey, FlaminUranus Bob, got another couple things I think you should
mention to GM; you'd of course wanna also disclose to them how we're all
"reverse engineering" all their old ECMs (I'm sure they'd be
shockedNdismayed to hear about that!! oh my), and also that we've also
"reverse engineered" their DIS Ignition system, and are proposing to use
it as well on all kindsOcars, golly, not even GM cars. Ooooh, shocking.
Hey, even on AIRPLANES. Woohee, now there's a liability teaser if you
want one. Hee.

And you might wanna hold up the letter, or at least be preparing your
followup, cuz later this afternoon, I'm gonna be posting a few parts
values I've "stolen" right out of my very own Saab DI system, and will
be posting along with the equivalent patent figure part #s they
correspond to....Oooooh, I can just hear those GM/Saab legal guys now,
saying "hey, he can't do that, he can't measure parts values off his own
DI system, and TELL others what they ARE". Bwahahahahaha. And further
more, "NO ONE can use the patents to build the same implementation to
test and use as a basis for further research and development". Nah, that
would overturn the entire US patent system and what it's intended to
promote; namely, protect commercial intellectual property while
stimulating more research! Hee hee. Geez guy, it's one stupid slimebag a
thing to threaten LEGAL action and suggest you wanna pervert our poor
mangled system as it is, thinking you can intimidate me, but you don't
even understand the FIRST thing about the patent system, what it
protects, NOR what it promotes. Why the hell else do you think the whole
system is built on one person's patent referencing another's? You think
those guys are somehow forbidden from building and testing each other's
stuff?

God what a flaming stupid idiot. Man them hadbeeneros clearly have
reached your brainstem. My won't it be embarrassing to have to be told
that Saab & GM would be flattered to know that a bunch of people on the
internet are basing their further research into ionization sensing on
their very own patents. You silly lil twit, do you think that's a THREAT
to them, or your peevish lil bawling fit a threat to me? Heh. You need
to take yer thumbs outta yer butt, bert.

What's being done with ION is not only perfectly legal, but promoted by
our system. The circuit's been DISCLOSED you fool, we're not "reverse
engineering" anything. Geez some of those patents even give ALL the part
values. You or anyone else can build ANYTHING in the patent archives for
research and investigative purposes; the only thing you're prohibited
from doing is to use the idea and embodiment commercially without a
license from the patent owner. So much for ION.

And just for the record, since this slimebag wants to play TV soap-opera
lawyer with us, EGOR was NOT reversed engineered from ANYTHING. It's
behavior was compared to an NTK box's function, as it will be to an ECM
box and a Horiba, but the circuit was derived from NTK SAE paper notes.
I have never SEEN the insides (let alone the outsides) of an NTK box.
Just thot I'd nip that one in the bud, so ole Buttbert's well-informed.
Wouldn't wanna disappoint the ole 'bert.

Plus, seriously, I've posted the above in case there just might be some
timid souls on this list who actually think Robert's temper tantrum is
anything beyond a fool's idle and ignorant threats. The dog is barkin
alright, but he's got zero teeth, just drool. Don't be intimidated by
such a disgusting charlatan. He's just acting out his B-grade movie
fantasies.

What we're doin with ION is something to be proud of as grass-roots
garage-shop R&D, not sumpthin to be putting up with suggestions that
we're doin ANYTHING illegal or unprofessional. That's Buttbert's
slime-spin, not reality's spin on it. Read the patents, build the
patents, test the patents, and if you can, improve on them. That's the
way the system was meant to work. You take credit for the stuff you add,
and give credit where it's due. And you do NOT need to negotiate a
license in order to build an embodiment of ANY patent. Only if you want
to sell it, or use it in something else you want to sell. Period.

Gar

P.S. I figured I needed to forewarn and notify Buttbert that the post
with the part values was coming, cuz otherwise he'd miss it, and two
weeks later be complaining that I hadn't posted a running summary for
him.
