change the front & rear sprags to new design. make sure that you have a 10
vane pump. fairbanks billet 2-4 servo is nice too. corvette stock converter
has 2000 rpm stall. nice for the street.

You might want to get a VB spring kit from Fairbanks to make sure your Valve
Body is up to snuff.  Remember to take your Pump to a tranny shop and have
the
9/32" hole drilled throughout the oil return to aleviate pressure behind the
pump seal.  If you need help when you are in the middle of it just ask.  If

think of anything else. I'll chime in again.
