You should be able to get the wiring information at a 
dealership.  MAC sells a Packard Electric crimper that
works better than the PE crimper and it's cheaper.  
You may be able to use the same ECM, the 94 up flash
ECMs for TBI and CPI are the same ecept for software.
Try your friendly dealer or someone with Hollander
interchange manuals.
