Fuel pump advice needed...

I am using an external Carter band pump that flows 410 lbs/hr at 15psi,
and will hold up to 30 psi.  I bought an in-tank pump for a tpi injected
engine, as the external pump has a hard time pulling gas from the tank
when its above the level of the gastank.  Also, when i get around 1/4
tank or less it starts to slosh pretty bad and sucks air, so look into
tank baffles, too.
