Circuit for reading wide range EGO sensor

I was intending to supply the data sheets for the NGK wide-range EGO
sensor, but came to the conclusion that I can't find them now, since we
have moved into a new house a while back.  I'd like to get the data sheets
sometime soon, but I will have to contact purchasing at work to get the
name/phone number of the contact at NGK from which the sensors are purchased.

Regardless, the intent was to build a circuit that could display the UEGO's
output in usable terms.
