Just for anyone considering the 3914/15, driving a 555, to 
adjust the pulse width of the oem ecm, I was thinking of having
the WOT fuel table rich, and then using the 555 as an on after
delay type of device, so then if it/sensor failed it would go 
rich or in the case of 1949 failure just shut down.

Bruce  Yep, I'd tuned the Cone Shaped Hat emission pattern
            to match the Hubble Telescope's optical focal point,
            (before repairs).  My screw ups are generally less
            expensive (not by much)....
