  A 454 Motorhome ain't gonna get good mileage.  Depends alot
on GVW.  If your's is really bad probably a fuel rather than timing
issue.

Yes water injection is commercially available, Spearco in I beleive
Panaroma City (outside LA), Carrol/Shelby Industries, an outfit in
London, and probably others, but they have all gotten expensive.
None that I know of for constant use.
