EGO Sensor question

I noticed in my new Racer Wholesale that they sell an AutoPro AFM, which
although it says will work with any factory O2 sensor works best with their
AUT-9900 'high resolution' sensor. Does anyone know what this sensor is, and
is it really any higher resolution than a stock sensor?
