	My '81 BMW with Bosch L-Jetronic EFI has an idle speed screw...
this system was made by the hundreds of thousands, if not millions.
The Motronic system that came out a couple of years later is
electronically idle-controlled though.
	Not everyone in the world is running GM TPI or TBI!
