CR doesnt really matter
volume / cyl = 5RPM x VE x displacement x corerection for temp expansion

VE can be from .7 up to 1.25 depending on your tuning setup
average VE is int the .85 range street car
1-1.1 range well tuned race car 
1.2 + range indy/cart/ etc.

estimate 11-1200^ ex temp for well tuned street car
13-1400^ for race
13-1700^ for turbo setup

optimum is flow rates in the 225 -300 ft/s range

calculate flow rates from cyl volume/header volume
