Yes, please try to keep it to ASCII.  Anything else should be
sent privately or uploaded to the ftp site.  It's a waste of
the server's bandwith sending out all those attachments that
not everyone can read.

In any case, majordomo has a limit on the size of messages
that it will let thru... anything that's too big bounces to
me in a form that isn't really usable (my mailer can no
longer determine what is an attachment).
