Just kind of curious,I have an old ranger 4x4 (85) with a 2.3 fi 4
popper in it,and since it's getting time to rebuild it (starting to blow
oil through the cap (1qt 1000 miles)) 
  I want to TRY and get a bit more power out of it,but all the
tips/tricks/parts I have been able to come up with are for carbed
engines. so what would the effects be of swapping cams,raising
compression ratios etc be on the fuel injection system,and what mods if
any would have to be done to that?
