 Actually, yes.  The Chevy crank has also been swapped into the Rover
V8, though it requires considerable machine work.  The Toyota 22R crank
is sometimes used in the 2300 Ford.

 Other than being a pushrod 90 degree V motor, the Holden isn't much
like a Chevy at all.
