Delco byte XX08

Byte XX08 of many (all i'v seen) delco binfiles is the 

PROGRAM IDENTIFICATION

if set to AA the checksum checking process is inhibited.

This byte is the most efficient way for people any where to identify if
they are working on the same version of a program.  

Note: the tuning parameters and options may well be different for different
apps but they will be in the same place for the same Prog Id.

I've found this to be true in all my experiments so far, Id like to hear
about any variations.
