Engine Potentially Identified - NO EFI Engine Content

No there is no EFI content but...  This has been most interesting.

After a lot of begging when talking to the CAC, I got this answer.

The GM 4300G designator on the back of the block signifies that this is an
L-99 motor that displaces 4.3L

So now I guess it's time to get my money back (probably have to sue).
Anyone know of an LT-1 (a real one) that is looking for a home?
