J-car turbo rom dumps

In the efi incoming directory, I've uploaded dumps of the ROM of two
ECMs used with the 1.8 turbo engines in the J-cars (Sunbird, etc.).  The
file names are:

1226460DJH2783.S19
1227151FBF3326.S19

Each dump also contains a dump of a matching PROM or EPROM.  The '6460
ECM is used for 1984 and '85 models.  '7151 is for '86 only.  (In '87,
GM switched to the same ECM and program as used in the Syclone and
Typhoon trucks.)

The turbo 1.8 is a port injected four cylinder engine.  The ECMs have
two peak-and-hold outputs, each driving two injectors.  This is a MAP
based system - probably with a 2-bar sensor.

The '6460 is especially interesting because of its small program size -
just 8K of code and 1K of data.  Using some macros, there are only 3529
lines of program code.
