Delco ECM/PCM

I was looking around the delphiauto.com website and came across a
couple of ECMs.  They claim programmability, etc. 
http://www.delphiauto.com/delco/delcocat.html is the link, and you
have to click on engine controls.  Any idea where to get one of these?
 Anybody know what vehicles use them?  They have a detailed
description on the website, also.
