Calibration curves for MAP, MAF, TPS, temp. sensors can be found in a
service manual. For Fords its called "Powertrain Control/Emissions
Diagnosis".  Many Chilton's or other aftermarket service manuals have
these curves as well.

> O2  % residual oxygen vs volts
There is not a one-to-one relation here as the sensor output depends on
whether there are reducing agents (H2, CO) in the exhaust and on
temperature. Check out the archives for the recent thread "Ox sender
actual function". The way the manufacturers use it is as a
rich(hi)/lean(low) indicator, not quantitatively.
