1 bar = 100 kilopascals = 14.5038312 psi = 29.5314958 in Hg

Absolute pressure includes air pressure. If the barometric pressure is 29 in
Hg, then the 1 bar MAP would read .5314958 inches Hg above atmospheric. I'm
not sure the sensors are that accurate however.
