O2 Sensor Readings

Hi
After searching archives on O2 sensor readings I have found a couple of
articles relating to using the readings as a diagnostic tool
I would like to monitor my sensor and want to know if I can make something
to do the job that would be easy to read while driving,maybe a few leds etc
If this is possible I would need diagrams and parts list cause this is
learning
