There is a speed criteria for when some diagnostic test
 are run, but the max speed criteria is 10 mph.  If you 
use a tech one you can monitor speed, but the ecu does 
not record it.  Big brother type information was 
purposely left out.

Be patient, you'll find one that does.  Think maybe 95 or 96 Corsica
does.  Speed when code was set, brakes on/off, how many miles driven
since set, how many key cycles since set, brakes on/off when set, ABS
event yes/no.  Mebbe more, mebbe not.
