Correct, but I used the hi-pressure pump down in the bilge area, with the same
fuel line on the suction side as went to the mech. pump on the stock carb.
setup....so it was fire line,  true that FI pump was poor on suction side,  but
being real low and rite next to tank,  it worked well anyway....now the hi-side
was run through aeroquip  1/4 or 5/16  double heavy fuel hose....rated for an
oh-my-god pressure and run at ~40 psi engine off condition....return line
similar....

I consulted tieh an engineer with the USCG in wash d.c. on this, lookig for
input on safety, and what the USCG / BIA requirements were,  and in spite of my
descriptions here,  I followed allthe rules....:-)))  GENE
