Why in hell would you atempt to fire #7 twice and never fire #1...?

at any rate I state 72184365....same thing.....I relearned it one day when
doing that Caddy system onto my Pontiac...and it was very sensitive about
'phasing' due to the extremely short fat passages, and/or my manifold
modifications (having used a carb dual plane manifold), so much so that it
would not take the gas without backfiring....it would idle fine, and if run up
gradually run just fine, but if punched, especially under load, it would
backfire loudly and die.....
an interesting fault to locate on what was a totally unproven system from a
junkyard...:-))) at any rate it is the 4 corners, then the 4 middle
cylinders that are fired on cyl #1 for the 4365 batch and cyl #6 for the 7218
batch....GENE
