Doesn't port injection make this stuff about #5 stealing mixture from
another cylinder basically non-existent.  If each port has its own
injector and its own separate air-supply, than #5 only gets what it's
given, right?  I would have to say it was more because of harmonic
vibrations or something of that nature.
