I have an old data I/O 29A programmer. I could read the PROM and burn one
and then send it to you in the mail
Since I don't have any way to print out the data. I picked up the 16197427
at the local U-Pull it for $20 .

Long term probably more so. Trouble is that the prom hasn't been as
well
looked at as some of the other models. That very well may be a 512K
prom.
The 747 is 32K. So there is lots of room in it, trouble is lots
more to
unravel.
What did you give for it?. Can you read the prom?.
