Tcc and Fan questions

Hello -

I am really new to this EEPROM stuff...

I downloaded the Promgrammer98 and was looking thru stuff on on bin files..
there are TCC area's that I would like to change but dont really know which
ones mean which..

On TCC Road Speed Lock Limit (lower and upper) are these the values that
determine when the tcc locks up? and unlocks?

Also .. on Fan enable temps? thresholds..lower and higher? does this mean
the turn on/off of the fan..
