The following gm specific:
After doing way too much reading, and now suffering from a migrane, I will
now stand corrected on some points, and will
relay a few new items.

Some of the new (if not all) pcms will clear codes after x number
of restarts, 40 seems to be a popular number.

Knock counts are not 1/2 of the degrees of retard, but rather the
number of instances knock reported in 1/8 of a second.

Rich to lean means O2v swing from over .609v to less than .307v.

The new PCM will consider the HO2S as lazy if this swing takes
over 0.15 secs.

TPS is also used in degrees now, not just %+v.

At 72dC, the ecm expects the O2 to be at about 200dC (there
is a hot restart timer).

Heater current on a GM HO2S (heated O2 sensor) will drop from
1.5A to .9A as it heats up.

2 Minute delay mentioned between pre+post converter O2's for
warm-up.

NEVER, solder a repair on the HO2S wires as this will ruin the
fresh air reference!!..

The rest wasn't very interesting.
Cheers
Bruce Shhh, Doc they don't want to know about that.
