Ben,
I got a copy about 4 years ago from the SAE. The address for their book sales 
department was in Five Dock in Sydney, but it's probably changed since then. If 
you can't find them, I'm pretty sure I saw a copy in the Technical Book Shop in 
Swanston St. Melbourne last time I was there. Check out

I can't remember the price, might have been $40, maybe $60.
