Good Idea.  Any clue of the response time?  Most systems arbitrarily assign
a warm up for O2 before going closed loop.  For a DIY_EFI would it be worth
cycling the heater - warm for a second - sample resistance - warm - sample
etc. to turn on the O2 as soon as it hits working temp?
