Geoff, have a look at the EFI Reference list posted on the WWW site. 
It's a list of lots of books, SAE articles, part numbers, etc.  Go to
the DIY-EFI page, then click on the "EFI books, publications, etc."
link.  The Bosch books are all by Adler, and they're at the top of the
list.
