ID the flaring tool...

Looks like you need a std. flaring tool, a fancy clamp, and several
punches. Make up a print.  What am I offered?

I have used the common snap-on variety with little success and yours
looks teriffic. The little ones work OK for brake lines but not for
large tube. I used 48" sections of 3/8 steel tube double flared on both
ends from Farm&Fleet. Start at both ends and overlap in the middle, cut
to length and use a brass compression union to hook them together.
