I've never seen one like that.  FWIW, the runners & plenum are
marginal (IMHO) even for a 350cid V8 and would really limit
a BBC - again IMHO.

I think the BBC induction systems you may be referring to are 
manufactured by either Street & Performance, Accel, or Arizona 
Street & Marine.
