What is this chip 68HC25?

The HC25 is similar to the HC24.

The base address appears to be fixed at $0100
portc equ $0103
ddrc	equ $0107

Port B is not replicated - an address latch is provided instead -
eliminating the need for a 74HC373.

This is based on code that uses a HC25 - I don't have the data sheet. The
only place I have seen a HC25 is in Bosch Digifant EFI.
