I quess then there are two theories about what folks might want to do.
  A.   Use the water to cool the intake charge, and boost VE.
  B.   Use it as a detonation suppressant.
Or some combination of the above (other than the inherit overlap).
Gee, this amost looks like a mirror about the vaporization/atomization
fuel thread.....
