Use an old spark plug opened up to .1" gap to test for spark at each
coil wire.  If all cylinders have spark, try unplugging one injector
at a time then reconnecting to locate cylinder.  Remove the plug for
that cylinder.  If it's dry, likely not getting fuel (but could be
intake valve staying closed).  If wet, could be bad plug or mechanical
problem.
