Haltech data logging question?

I have a Haltech F3 series on a Chevy engine.  Works fine but I'm trying to 
view the saved data with the data logging feature.  

I believed the data is saved in a binary format, and I'm trying to get it 
into an Excel type of program.

Any help converting the file??
