PWM motor controller

GM temp sensor senders aren't linear.  There are huge changes in
resistance when cold, decreasing as temp increases.  In fan country,
(210+ degrees), resistance goes from around 185 Ohms @ 210F to 55 at
260. Just a FWIW.
