last time I was in Florida I got pulled over, them reached into the 
glove box for my wallet. when I turned back there was a pistol drawn and 
cocked. The cop later explained that if my car didn't have Canadain 
plate he probly would have shot me, and from then on to leave your hands 
on the wheel when stoped. Up here the cops don't like standing in the 
cold and most people don't have hand guns
